Application
The system is designed to accurately add water to wheat during the tempering process. Before entering the system, the water is filtered to ensure a clean and reliable supply. A wheat flow sensor monitors the product continuously and activates the solenoid valve when wheat is flowing. The pre-set amount of water is then delivered to the wheat at the required flow rate. When the wheat flow stops, the sensor automatically closes the solenoid valve, preventing unnecessary water consumption. Different flowmeter configurations are available to suit various capacities and operating requirements.
