Scourer DHS
Application
Used in flour milling cleaning lines to scour the surface of wheat kernels, removing dirt, dust, wheat hairs and other impurities trapped in surface grooves. It also breaks up mud lumps and weak diseased kernels mixed with the wheat for subsequent separation.

Low impact, low friction and low compression while increasing scouring intensity for excellent cleaning performance, low grain breakage and high capacity.
Dynamically balanced rotor ensures smooth operation; beaters can be replaced without special balancing.
Additional air inlet improves aspiration performance.
Weighted adjustable discharge pressure door allows easy control of scouring intensity and material flow.
Optional self-circulating air separator and dedicated vertical aspiration duct provide better removal of light impurities.
